Finally Settled In….Now time to change some things….

I had no idea it would take this long….it’s been 4 months and I am feeling that we have finally settled in to our new digs. We have endured some significant growing pains so I want to begin my extending my most sincere THANK YOU to our patients who emulate what patience really means. Scheduling has been tough. Wait times have been WAY too long. For those who have been effected by this, please accept my personal apologies. I do value your time. Your time is VERY important. We have made some changes that will make your visits much more pleasant. We will be adding WiFi to the office for your use on March 1st. We have reduced the number of patient visits per day without shortening our patient hours. We have refreshed our initial focus in personalized patient care. We lost track for a few months but rest assured, we’re back. For those of you who have been patients at FREA, I hope you feel comfortable enough to share thoughts and concerns you have about our office with us. We are here to serve you and if something that we are doing is not working for you, PLEASE let us know. Our goal is to exceed your expectations EVERY time. Thanks again for your patience. My staff is working countless hours to protect the FREA culture and patient experience. They were the first to let me know that the practice had recently become ‘like other places they had worked.’ To me, that was the signal that we had lost our mojo. After celebrating our vendor Open House two weeks ago, we have our mojo back. Come by and see us! Thanks again for all your support.
